These payment & refund terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of 3A Global’s Website, located at www.3aglobal.ae.

1.1. Payment must be made in full before services are rendered.
1.2. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer
1.3. We accept all major VISA and Master cards for payment.
1.4. We do not store any card details of any of the clients. We are using a secure third-party payment gateway for payment processing.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Our refund policy is in accordance with the services listed on our website.
2.2. Refunds will be issued according to the following policy:
    2.2.1 If the service has not been started, a full refund will be issued.
    2.2.2 If the service has been partially completed, a prorated refund will be issued.
    2.2.3 If the service has been completed in full, no refund will be issued.
2.3. The refund duration will be 7-45 working days depending on the aforementioned cases.

2.6. Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used

3. Changes in Payment Terms

3.1. The company has all the rights to change the terms and policy at any point in time without prior approval.
